Saint-Julien, Bordeaux, France

Medium and clear purple red. Intensive aromas of berries, wet forest floor and some crème de cassis. At the very first begin of maturity, but it provides already now a lot of pleasure. On the palate very fruity with a touch of hazelnut spread. Tannins still present, but very well integrated. Charming.
Minimum three hours decanting in the present condition. This phase will hold another three years. Then the wine will be more accessible. After that another ten years pure joy. Currently for me the classical partner for strong cheese. Wonderful.
